Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience to include financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising 50+ exempt and non-exempt associates/employees with performance management and mentoring.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Completion of required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Upholds the Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates to address concerns.
• Drives facility financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and managing expenses.
• Oversees budgeting, merchandising, pricing, and inventory to reflect store direction and community needs.
• Leads the Academy training environment and maintains store standards to engage and develop trainees and staff.
• Champions an inclusive culture and supports talent planning, succession planning, and performance development.
