Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex in Kirkwood, MO to lead a team during overnight shifts, train associates, monitor store operations, and drive customer service excellence while executing company initiatives.

You will manage budgets, merchandising, staffing, and operational processes, develop associates, ensure policy compliance, and promote a culture of belonging while delivering results for the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory OR 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent, experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drives financial performance and store operations, including merchandising, budgeting, forecasting and shrink control.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and supports a culture of belonging.
