Job summary

Walmart in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a store leadership professional to guide and develop teams, drive customer service excellence, and oversee daily operations. Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Live Better U education benefit program may be offered for eligible associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, providing coaching and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and issue resolution.
• Oversee store operations including merchandising, budgeting, and expense control.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and shrink reduction.
