Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and mentoring to achieve store goals.
• Drive customer service excellence and operational performance through OBW standards and open communication.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales targets and profitability.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development to ensure staffing needs are met and associates feel a sense of belonging.
