Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and open communication.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using the One Best Way service model.
• Manage merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet goals.
• Develop action plans, monitor progress, and promote a culture of belonging.
