Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP in Snellville, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across store operations. You will hire, train, mentor associates, set clear expectations, manage budgeting and inventory, and implement business initiatives aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms training.
Bachelor level preferred or applicable supervisory experience may strengthen candidacy.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
Manage store operations including budgeting, merchandising, and inventory control to meet sales targets.
Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues promptly to deliver a high quality experience.
Collaborate with departments to implement company initiatives and changes.
Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and growth.
