Job summary

The position offers regular/permanent status with a salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 per year and additional compensation via performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two years of college OR one year’s retail experience and one year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and maintain a culture of belonging.
