Walmart in South Bend, IN is seeking a Store Leader to oversee operations, drive sales, and coach associates to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control while ensuring merchandising excellence, inventory flow, and a safe, welcoming customer experience. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, teamwork, and adherence to Walmart's One Best Way principles.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition, a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
