Job summary

Michaels is a large retail chain seeking team members to deliver excellent customer service in our South Gate store. You will help customers find products, process purchases, enroll them in Rewards, and explain our Private Label Credit Card options. You will also support omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Team members assist with stocking, merchandising, and store recovery while following SOPs and safety guidelines. Shifts include nights, weekends, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and enroll customers.
• Educate on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
