Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across departments are preferred.
• Clear direction to team members and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze data.
• Experience teaching suggestive selling and leading safety practices.
• Certifications as required.
