• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas and strong customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote succession planning and develop career paths.
• Document disciplinary actions and handle discharge recommendations.
• Manage P&L, sales, and shrink within the department.
• Provide exceptional, fast, friendly customer service.
• Mentor team members and ensure training completion.
