Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds or more and work in overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight stock crew and supervise staff.
• Oversee store stock, inventory management, and ordering from the warehouse.
• Coordinate pre-orders for grocery and non-food items with assistant managers.
• Train new employees on stocking, removal of items, and customer service.
• Monitor safety, dress code, and department policies.
