Job summary

WinCo Foods in Idaho is hiring a Night Stocker to maintain and replenish stock during 9:00 pm–9:00 am shifts, ensuring products are rotated, priced, and displayed to meet customer needs.

You will work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, provide friendly customer service, operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed, and join a team dedicated to low prices and community service.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work varied night shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects up to 40 lbs. within the range of floor level to overhead frequently; up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk and move rapidly for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers, providing friendly service.
• Maintains stock quality; rotates, faces product; discards outdated items; maintains stockroom.
• Cuts boxes and places small containers on shelves.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment.
• Orders products, cuts cases, stacks, prices and marks merchandise.
• Builds product displays and operates equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• May train other employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
