Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a stocker associate to maintain stock levels and assist customers in a fast-paced, 24/7 store environment in Oregon. You will ensure shelves are full, clean, and correctly priced while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, quick learning of store procedures, and ability to lift and move products as part of daily duties. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work varied night shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort with lifting and moving items up to 40–50 lbs.
• Experience with stocking and inventory tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and thank customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain product quality; stock, rotate, face, and discard outdated items.
• Build displays and use hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Keep a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with training other employees and perform other duties as assigned.
