Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for stock/merchandising roles. Maintains stock and replenishes shelves to meet customer needs in a 24/7 environment. Duties include stocking, facing, rotating products, and operating pallet jacks and related equipment.

You’ll work 6–8 hour night shifts from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am and must stay safety-conscious at all times. Applicants should demonstrate strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and physical stamina, with flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and internal staff.
• Ability to work nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Food Handlers Certification required per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and replenishes stock to meet customer needs.
• Stocks, rotates, and faces products; discard outdated items and maintain stockroom.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Ensures a safe, sanitary, and efficient work environment.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity; may train other employees.
