Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Stock Clerk to maintain and replenish stock in a safe, efficient manner while delivering friendly customer service. Shifts run 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, typically 6–8 hours, in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, displaying products, and operating hand trucks and pallet jacks. You will ensure safety and accuracy in all tasks, and may train other employees as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous customer service focus.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and policies.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and thank customers with a friendly service approach.
• Stock, rotate, face products, and manage shelf presentation.
• Handle pallets, hand trucks, and pallet jacks; build product displays.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and accurate merchandise checks.
• Perform duties with honesty, integrity and reliability.
• May assist training other employees and handle duties as assigned.
