Job summary

HealthPartners’ Methodist Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a staffing coordinator to create and implement shift-to-shift plans for patient care units. You will partner with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor (ANS) and the Patient Placement Coordinator (PPC) to ensure coverage and timely information flow.

This frontline role handles real-time data entry, reporting, and communication with charge RNs, ANS team members, and leadership, following non-contract and union contract policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years' experience in a staffing or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and provide staffing plans to cover patient care units.
• Produce and deliver real-time data entry and reports.
• Communicate with charge RNs, ANS team members and leadership.
