Shurtape Technologies, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Slitter Operator to set up and run manual and automatic slitter lines and related packing. You will follow safety rules, keep production records, troubleshoot, and participate in cost-reduction projects.

Requires ability to follow detailed instructions, strong manual dexterity, basic math, data entry, and SAP knowledge. You will work in a safety‑conscious facility with opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions accurately and work independently.
• Strong manual dexterity and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production schedules and basic math.
• Ability to read gauges/meters and perform data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter according to procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and document results.
• Instruct trainees in slitter operation and record keeping.
• Read measurements and meters; record outputs.
• Enter data into SAP and participate in process improvements.
