Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates slitter according to established procedures.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure finishing equipment is working, troubleshoot and document results.
• Instruct trainees in all phases of slitter operation and record keeping.
• Read measurements, gauges, and meters; record output on required documents.
• Record results and input data into SAP; perform yardage checks and set counters.
• Participate in S4 continuous improvement projects and apply concepts to work cells.
