Job summary

Intermountain Health Primary Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Sleep Lab professional to perform overnight polysomnographic studies and HSATs, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves monitoring patients, managing equipment, and timely documentation during 7:00pm–7:00am shifts on weekends.

The position requires RPSGT/RST or CRT licensing where required, BLS, and flexibility for varying night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• BLS Certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers.
• Current RPSGT/RST or CRT license, if required in state.
• Available to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
• Certifications such as PALS, ACLS, NRP as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies using PAP therapy.
• Conduct Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT).
• Monitor and document care for patients during studies.
• Track equipment and supplies and complete records.
• Address technical and interpersonal problems; communicate effectively.
• Supervise, mentor, and orient PSG Tech and CPSGT trainees.
