Job summary

Intermountain Health in St George, UT, seeks a Sleep Lab specialist to perform overnight polysomnographic studies and HSATs, while coordinating care with the sleep team. You will monitor patients, maintain equipment, and document findings under AASM guidelines.

The role requires RPSGT/RST or CRT licensure where applicable, strong communication, and the ability to work night shifts and weekends in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification or RQI for Healthcare Providers required.
• Current RPSGT/RST or CRT license in state of practice, if required.
• Available for varying shifts, including nights.
• Certifications such as PALS, ACLS, NRP may be required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies using various PAP therapy modalities.
• Conduct Home Sleep Apnea Tests (HSAT).
• Monitor and document patients undergoing physiologic studies.
• Monitor and track equipment and supplies; complete charting.
• Address technical and interpersonal problems; demonstrate strong communication skills.
