Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in ski area operations or patrol.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid practiced on ski slopes.
• Comfort with operating and maintaining ski area equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from management and performs ski maintenance and patrol duties.
• Conducts hill sweeps to identify hazards and opens/closes trails as conditions dictate.
• Performs first aid and coordinates patient transport; documents incidents.
• Trains and coordinates volunteers and seasonal staff, monitors attendance.
• Maintains equipment and inventories first aid supplies and safety gear.
• Represents City of Casper with a professional, courteous public-facing demeanor.
