Job summary

City of Casper Hogadon Basin Ski Area is hiring Ski Area Attendants for Ski Lift Operators & Guest Services Staff for the 2025–2026 winter season. This role supports a fast-paced, outdoor environment and involves guest services, pass issuance, and safety oversight.

Positions require flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with training provided. Applicants should be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be prepared for background checks in a winter setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a public setting providing customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and basic cashiering tasks.
• Good record-keeping and numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of safety practices and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the front desk and provide information in person or by phone, issue passes, and cashier services.
• Monitor ski lift operations and assist guests with loading and unloading safely.
• Maintain cleanliness around lift stations and cashier areas; set up cones/signs as needed.
• Provide general oversight of participants for safety and policy compliance.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and assist with basic receptionist duties.
• Complete daily operational reports and inspections; assist with clerical work.
• Represent city of Casper professionally and maintain a positive customer service demeanor.
