Job summary

The City of Casper is seeking snow maintenance crew members for Hogadon Basin this winter. The Snow Groomer role supports grooming, trail upkeep, and light equipment operation to keep slopes safe and ready for guests.

Incumbents will work with a mountain operations team in a fast-paced outdoor setting, performing manual labor in varying winter conditions while delivering friendly, professional service to patrons. Applicants should be flexible with shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform trail maintenance duties: shovel, smooth bumps, maintain snow depth in high traffic areas.
• Operate snow grooming and snowmaking equipment, including snowplows, groomers, guns, ATVs, UTVs.
• Perform minor repairs, check fluids, grease and clean tools and equipment.
• Clean spectator areas, manage trash, stock restrooms, and perform building maintenance.
• May perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete daily operational reports and represent the City professionally.
