Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Dispatcher Supervisor to oversee Anchorage Airport shuttle operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and on-time performance. You will lead dispatch staff, coordinate with maintenance, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years in transportation/dispatch with leadership experience, and eligibility to work in the United States. Evening/overnight shifts are included. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation or dispatch experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Over 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (required for operational driving duties).
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, including assigning duties and monitoring productivity.
• Provide coaching, training, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
• Support hiring decisions, onboarding, and ongoing development of dispatch staff.
• Ensure proper staffing levels based on operational needs and passenger volume.
• Lead shift briefings and communicate service expectations.
• Oversee real-time shuttle service to ensure on-time performance and route coverage.
• Monitor GPS, dispatch software, and radio communications to maintain service continuity.
• Respond to service disruptions and coordinate fleet availability with maintenance teams.
