Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services in Anchorage, AK seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport airline crew between aircraft, airports, and hotels. You will operate 15-passenger vans, follow dispatch updates, and maintain logs with a strong emphasis on safety and timely service.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, passenger handling, and adhering to airport rules. Preferred: CDL and experience in snow conditions; uniforms may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Alaska state driver’s license and insurability.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to obtain airport security clearance and ramp driving privileges.
• Able to pass criminal background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen for airport access.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 15-passenger vans on routes between airport, hotels, and authorized locations.
• Adjust pickup/drop-off timing with dispatch and flight schedules.
• Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or phone.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report safety or mechanical issues.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for service.
• Load/unload luggage up to 70 pounds.
• Greet crew members and assist with boarding as needed.
• Record trip details in company logs.
• Follow airport driving rules and safety policies.
• Stay reachable to support dispatch coordination.
• Communicate delays or hazards to dispatch and other drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Transportation Manager or Dispatcher.
