Reimagined Parking is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor at Denver International Airport. This full-time role oversees daily transportation operations, staff leadership, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Location Manager, you will manage shifts, maintain safety standards, and ensure service excellence across the depot. Candidates should have supervisory experience in transportation or logistics, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, transit, or related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass background checks.

Aufgaben

• Supervise transportation staff, scheduling, coaching, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Lead safety initiatives, conduct driver assessments, and reinforce best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges.
• Maintain depot and vehicle cleanliness and safety in line with standards.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for guests and clients; resolve issues.
• Respond to incidents or disruptions with proper mitigation and communication.
• Complete incident reports and documentation per protocols.
• Maintain consistent communication with guests, drivers, dispatchers, CSRs and management.
• Support frontline operations as needed to maintain service continuity.
