Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate for the Lexington, TN area. Night shift hours are 4:30pm–3:00am with overtime. Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour, plus a quarterly gainsharing bonus program.

This permanent full-time role involves crane operation awareness, non-forklift responsibilities, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working outdoors under

Qualifications

• Read and understand a production order and follow instructions.
• Maintain productivity and meet quality requirements.
• Stand/walk 8–12 hours daily in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle materials safely.
• Basic computer skills and reliable communication with team.

Responsibilities

• Not a forklift operator position.
• Support company core values and participate in a safe work environment; complete observations.
• Read and understand a production order.
• Meet productivity and quality requirements for company and customers.
• Use crane and manual handling of materials; document materials produced.
• Maintain good communication with team, supervisor, and management.
• Stay promotable to Operator II/III.
• Stand and walk 8–12 hours daily.
• Climb on/off equipment and ladders as needed.
• Work outside in hot, cold, rain, or shine; adapt to changing conditions.
