Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc. seeks a night shift loader operator to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials with safe, efficient operation of front-end loaders and related equipment.

You will assist in loading trucks, perform pre-shift checks, and keep your work area clean while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Team collaboration is key to maintaining material flow through the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in industrial or construction settings.
• Commitment to workplace safety and procedures.
• Ability to work independently on night shift with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a customer-service mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving for routine issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to move, stockpile, and load aggregates.
• Load customer and internal haul trucks to support production and shipping schedules.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas while following safety standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plant operations, and team members to ensure smooth material flow on the night shift.
