Allan Myers is seeking a Front Loader Operator to safely operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment in support of asphalt plant operations. The role includes material handling, maintaining inventories, loading bins, and routine maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and production goals.

The position requires minimum 2 years of operating front-end loader or similar equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating a front-end loader or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) a plus.
• Must be able to work day and night shift as needed.
• Related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support asphalt plant operations.
• Discuss plans with field manager and determine best method to complete work on time and safely.
• Adjust levers and pedals to control equipment and attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing booms.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
• Maintain stockpile inventories and assist with loading cold feed bins.
