Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a night-shift equipment operator to safely move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials at our Indiana facility. You will support nightly production by loading customer trucks and coordinating with processing plants, while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, equipment performance monitoring, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating heavy mobile equipment in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Supply processing plants and load customer trucks to support nightly production goals.

• Identify and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain safe work areas by following established safety procedures.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to optimize material flow and operational efficiency.
