Tate & Lyle is seeking a WWTP lab technician in Oklahoma to perform routine physical and analytical tests on wastewater samples, including UASB and SBR processes. The role requires independence, ability to work 12-hour night shifts, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include sample labeling, documentation, daily pH/DO checks, and maintaining accurate records, with training provided for lab equipment and basic computer data entry.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must be physically capable of performing duties and learning basic computer skills.
• Experience or ability to work independently, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Mansioni

• Works independently to retrieve and properly label samples.
• Prepares samples by following documented procedures; handle 40 lb containers and reach 6 ft high shelves.
• Tests wastewater samples and conducts physical and analytical tests (UASB, SBR, Final Effluent, impoundments).
• Performs daily pH and DO testing; weekly TRO testing; ensure chain of custody for compliance samples.
