• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking/payment processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, repair, and process CHIPS, SWIFT, and Fed payments in a timely manner.
• Monitor and resolve payment exceptions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support daily operations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Department Manager.
