Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia Stow campus is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff on the 6pm-6am shift. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $32 to $39.50, full-time employment in Stow, Ohio.

You will lead the Wellness team, supervise in the building, ensure residents receive person-centered care, and maintain accurate medical records. LPN or RN license required; EMR experience preferred; strong English communication and physical stamina are

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Direct hands-on nursing care, including medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads.
• Lead Wellness team and assist other departments to deliver person-centered care.
• Ensure accurate resident assessments and medical records.
• Maintain compassionate caregiving and professional resident interactions.
