Job summary

Sonata Lake Mary, an Agewell Solvere Living community, is seeking an experienced Wellness Associate for our new resort-style Independent Living, Assisted Living, Respite and Memory Care community. The role supports resident wellbeing and delivers exceptional care in a premier work environment.

The Wellness Associate reports to the Wellness Director and provides services based on each Resident Service Plan, including activities of daily living, health monitoring, safety and coordination with

Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assists Residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility).
• Maintains awareness of general health and reports changes to Wellness Director.
• Maintains inventory of medical supplies and assists with ordering.
• Assists with shift coverage when needed.
• Develops and maintains assignments for the Wellness Director.
• Orientates and on-boards new Wellness Associates.
• Responds to Resident emergencies; provides first aid and arranges follow-up.
