Job summary

AgeWell Solvere Living in Melbourne, FL is seeking a compassionate Wellness Associate to support residents with daily living activities and health monitoring, reporting to the Wellness Director. This full-time role is paid hourly with a schedule that may include weekends.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and nurturing resident well-being, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven, Great Place to Work-certified environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform tasks that are physically demanding, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Able to maintain positive working relationships with Residents, families, peers and staff.
• Must be in good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and assist with orders.
• Provide first-aid and arrange medical follow-up as needed.
• Support cleanliness of residents' units and timely calls for assistance.
• Participate in on-boarding of new Wellness Associates.
