Sonata Lake Mary, an Agewell Solvere Living managed community, is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work on the 11p-7a shift for our brand-new, resort-style Independent Living, Assisted Living, Respite and Memory Care community!

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed to practice in the state.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to communicate well and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Professional appearance and empathetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HHAs, CNAs and facility staff.
• Make daily rounds of Assisted Living residents and retirement residents if needed.
• Observe and report symptoms and conditions to supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments per signed doctor’s orders.
• Informs supervisor when supplies and equipment are needed.
• Order medication from pharmacy when needed.
• Promote and maintain good interpersonal relationships with residents, visitors and personnel.
