Job summary

Steele Solutions Inc. in Waupaca, WI, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift Welding to lead daily welding and production operations.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on meeting schedules, maintaining quality, and upholding safety in a fast-paced fabrication environment. You will coach welders and production staff, drive continuous improvement, manage labor utilization, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Procurement to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in Manufacturing, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience; 2–5 years supervision in manufacturing; 5+ years welding/metal fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding and production team members.
• Ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
• Promote safety culture through training, communication, and enforcement of safety policies.
