Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or demonstrated extensive welding experience.
• 3+ years of related welding experience; .045 wire welding recommended.
• CWI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibilities: Oversees and inspects the welding team's work to meet quality standards and production goals.
• Trains and mentors employees; assigns and directs work; contributes to performance reviews.
• Interprets weld symbols and blueprints to plan layout and welding operations.
• Assembles metal parts or products and ensures proper material preparation.
