Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production methods, workflow, facility layouts, and data to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and capital investments.
• Design, develop, and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost improvements across facilities.
• Develop work instructions, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support new product introductions and DFMs.
