Job summary

Madix, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operations leader to drive efficiency and quality in our production environment. The role focuses on prioritizing tasks, coaching staff, and enforcing systems to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will manage workflow, analyze production data, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur. A high school diploma is required, with a BS/associates in manufacturing ops preferred, and ~2 years in an assembly leadership role is desired.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities and plan daily work to achieve production targets.
• Coach and develop staff to maximize performance and safety.
• Monitor process variables and adjust operations to meet specifications.
• Read charts and production schedules to determine requirements.
• Maintain attendance, holidays, and safety compliance; generate production reports.
