Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Waste Process Technician I for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) to safely perform waste processing tasks and support QA/QC, sampling, and material handling. This entry-level role requires basic mechanical understanding, ability to operate forklifts and cranes, and attention to detail to ensure regulatory and safety requirements are met.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ year of experience, pass a respirator fit test, and be proficient with NetSuite and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1+ year of experience
• Able to pass respirator fit test
• Ability to utilize NetSuite
• Must exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Must be able to operate cranes, forklifts, hand trucks, and other power tools
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Walk/stand/sit for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Understand basic facility permit requirements and ensure safety/compliance.
• Operate equipment including pressure washers, power tools, forklifts per policies.
• Safely operate mobile equipment within the facility boundaries.
• Unload inbound packages, liquid trucks, and containers.
• Process inbound material using facility equipment.
• QA/QC of waste streams and related lab analyses.
• Complete facility paperwork and regulatory records.
• General cleaning of facility and grounds.
