Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to deliver high-quality onboarding and frontline training. The role focuses on executing onboarding, developing ambassadors and team leads, updating training materials, and reinforcing standard work on the warehouse floor.

Close collaboration with Operations Leadership and Senior Training partners ensures training programs meet SOPs and performance metrics. The role is hands-on and floor-based, supporting hourly employees across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, or onboarding employees preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs, PMVs, or standard work documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding.
• Provide hands-on, floor-based training using SOPs and PMVs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity expectations are understood.
• Support training ambassadors and team leads with coaching techniques.
• Update training materials to reflect current processes.
