Job summary

Nemera is hiring for a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer to onboard and develop new employees, including temporary hires, on the warehouse floor. The trainer acts as instructor and on-the-job mentor, reinforcing best practices and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, GMP knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most shifts. Training continues after induction with feedback and coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an effective operator in warehouse environments.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Completed training provided by Quality and EHS departments.
• Complete knowledge of quality procedures and documentation applicable to warehouse.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and GMP.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk 90% of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new employees and temporary workers and introduces them to their work position and environment with emphasis on safety and procedures.
• Manages Training Checklists and assigns Training Buddies, demonstrating tasks per the checklist.
• Shows how to inspect and operate warehouse equipment safely in accordance with policy.
• Introduces warehouse documentation such as lot control sheets and work orders.
• Provides training on Good Manufacturing Practices and traceability.
• Prevents accidents by explaining risks and responding to safety concerns.
• Assesses new employees at induction and provides ongoing feedback and training.
• Acts as a mentor and liaison between floor staff and warehouse management across facilities.
• Develops positive relationships with new hires, peers and leaders.
• Shares best practices and challenges with other Tutors and supervisors.
