Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a warehouse associate in Winter Haven, FL to load, unload, pick, pack, and ship paint and related products safely and efficiently.

You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, organize stock, inspect items for defects, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following all safety and quality standards.

This role offers Sunday-Thursday night shift 10:00pm–6:00am with a $0.75/hour shift differential and a bonus plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
