Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a warehouse operator for its manufacturing team on the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:30am) in the United States. The role involves safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean, compliant workplace.

Minimum qualifications include being 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and at least one year in manufacturing or distribution. A bonus program applies based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial material handling equipment including forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacu-hoists, drum dollies, conveyor belts, etc.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods
• Spill cleanup and rework procedures
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality
• Comply with policies and standard operating procedures
• Keep equipment logs, perform minor repairs, and report breakdowns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time
• Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies
• Provide technical support and training to other team members
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures
• Keep tools, equipment, and the work environment clean and organized daily
