Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our distribution network in Florida. You will load and unload trucks, pick orders, and ship products while moving material with forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm with a $0.50/hour shift differential and potential bonus based on performance. You will interact with coworkers and access sensitive materials in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
