Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead to oversee warehousing, receiving, and shipping activities. You will coordinate daily operations under the Operations Supervisor, drive performance, safety, and quality, and mentor associates in distribution tasks.

The role requires forklift certification, 1 year in logistics, and ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures. Full-time, on-site in the Aurora area with a 4pm–12:30am shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification or training completed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates on distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging of shipments according to SOPs.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate with customers as needed.
• Verify product quality and documentation, report discrepancies.
• Manage safety, housekeeping, and compliance with ISO/OSHA standards.
• Direct warehouse team to meet productivity and payroll objectives.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
