Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Training Assistant for the night shift at the West Branch facility. You will coordinate and deliver training across the site and serve as a training resource for staff.

The role reports to the Training Manager, supports Warehouse staff, and ensures training alignment with company standards. Requires a HS diploma; degree preferred; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training curriculum for all facility employees.
• Prepare and execute training sessions with established materials.
• Monitor on‑the‑job training and guide trainers and supervisors.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainers and managers.
• Identify training gaps with Training Manager and HR.
• Document and track training for associates.
• May conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
