Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field or 7+ years of leadership experience in an operations environment.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Adjust staffing and equipment assignments to optimize material flow and operational efficiency; manage time and attendance for payroll processing.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse optimization, and cutting operations.
• Proactively address safety concerns; maintain a safe work environment and ISO compliance.
• Lead implementation of process and procedure changes across assigned areas and ensure training for team members.
